We provide free, no-obligation quotations for all our services. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated.
Material costs and exchange rates can fluctuate. If there is a significant increase in material costs between the quote date and the project start date, we may need to adjust the price. We will notify you in writing before any price adjustment takes effect.
For most projects, a 30% – 50% deposit is required to secure your booking and order materials. The exact deposit amount will be specified in your quotation.
We accept EFT (electronic funds transfer), direct bank deposit, and verified business cheques. Credit card facilities are available by prior arrangement.

We stand behind our work. King James Projects provides a 5-year workmanship warranty on all asphalt and paving installations, covering defects directly related to improper installation. This warranty does not cover damage caused by:
Materials supplied by third-party manufacturers are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. We will assist in facilitating any warranty claims, but the warranty is ultimately between the client and the manufacturer.
To make a warranty claim, contact us within 30 days of discovering the issue. Provide photos and a description of the problem. We will inspect the work and, if the issue is covered, repair it at no cost to you.

Any legal action not resolved through mediation shall be brought in the Magistrate's Court of Gauteng, or the High Court of South Africa if the claim exceeds that court's jurisdiction.
